Rhubarb Distilled Gin
Once we obtain the base distillate for our Rhubarb Distilled Gin, we macerate the botanicals for the precise time determined by our Master Distiller for each season of the year. Subsequently, it is filtered to give the gin a crystalline clarity and then hydrated with water through a process of reverse osmosis. Finally, it is bottled and allowed to rest for a few more days.
The Rhubarb Gin is a craft gin distilled in a traditional copper alembic, slowly and without rectification column, using the artisanal Pot Still method. This method, although more costly and complex, allows for meticulous control over the distillation, drop by drop, of each botanical.

In a Gin Glass: 50ml Rhubarb Gin + Neutral Tonic or Sparkling Waters, and in all cases, a slice of apple.
Or in a short glass, neat with two ice cubes.

TASTING NOTES
Main Botanicals: juniper, hand-peeled fresh orange zest, cardamom, and rhubarb
Visual: Bright, golden, straw-colored
Nose: Freshly cut grass, holly, rosemary, pine, and woody notes
Taste: vanilla, coffee, bitter, very long aftertaste
