Red Barrel Vermouth with Juniper
Our Juniper Vermouth is crafted from selected Airén and Tempranillo grapes. The former contributes its stability and ability to absorb flavors. The must of Tempranillo brings its characteristic color and sweetness.
After macerating the botanicals (wormwood, wild spices such as thyme, marjoram, sage, along with others like dittany, calamus, gentian root, licorice, bitter orange, elderflower, clove, and coriander), it is blended with a distilled juniper berry spirit, crafted in the copper still of our distillery. Then, it is aged in American oak barrels previously used to age rum.
