The Premium Gallo Bravo Bitter is a medium-proof aperitif, with a bitter yet sweet taste, very refreshing, and characterized by its distinctive red color.

With an extra maceration and then infused with bitter herbs, aromatic plants, and a careful distillation of freshly hand-peeled orange peels.

It can be enjoyed either neat with ice and a slice of orange or in any type of cocktail. It can also be mixed with any carbonated beverage, tonic, or ginger ale.
